Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll, commissions, banking, and month-end processes with precision.
- Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, invoices, and daily/monthly journal entries.
- Manage reconciliations, including balance sheet, fixed assets, and bank accounts.
- Prepare insightful financial reports, analyzing performance and guiding strategy.
- Ensure tax compliance, manage VAT schedules, and lead a high-performing team.
- BCom Accounting Degree (Honours preferred) with 3+ years financial experience.
- Expertise in external auditing, IFRS, advanced Excel, and MS Dynamics proficiency.
