- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of project cost accounting
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments
- Utilize matrix management techniques to drive financial performance
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other key stakeholders
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification
- Experience in project cost accounting and managing large-scale financial projects.
