Senior Finance ManagerLocation: Durban, KwaZulu Natal
Salary: R1.4 mil - R1.8mil Pa (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)The company is a reputable world's leading metering solutions providerJob OverviewThe Senior Finance Manager plays a critical role in steering the company's financial strategy, ensuring sound financial practices, and enabling business growth. This role encompasses oversight of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to enhance strategic decision-making.Qualifications & ExperienceChartered Accountant (South Africa)Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar finance leadership roleDemonstrated expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk managementExperience in managing working capital, liquidity, and cash flow optimizationStrong foundation in financial analysis, cost control, and business performance improvementDeep understanding of tax regulations, corporate governance, and complianceTechnical SkillsProficiency in SAPStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Finnivo / Roll-Up Sheets is an advantageKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Strategy:
Develop and manage financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.Financial Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the finance team, enhance process efficiency, manage working capital, and optimize cash flow. Ensure compliance with audits, risk management protocols, corporate insurance, and governance standards.Payroll Management:
Supervise payroll processing, reconciliations, tax compliance, and liaise with payroll service providers.Forecasting & Planning:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic goals.Board Engagement:
Prepare documentation and reports for Board, Audit & Risk, and Investment Committee meetings.
