• Fraud Monitoring & Detection:Proactively monitor fraud risks and identify red flags, ensuring early detection of potential incidents that could impact the business.
• Investigation Leadership:Conduct and lead complex forensic investigations, collaborating with key departments like Human Capital, Risk, and Compliance to ensure corrective actions are executed.
• Strategic Solutions:Develop strategies to address current fraud trends, improve control environments, and mitigate fraud risks.
• Training & Awareness:Design and implement fraud awareness training programs across the organization, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behaviour.
• Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies, to align investigative processes with industry standards.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business, or Law.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is essential.

Experience:

• 9+ years in forensic investigations within a corporate environment, with expertise in white-collar crime investigations, fraud awareness training, and forensic data analytics..
