Job Opportunity: Senior Front House Floor Manager
Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg
Salary: R18,000 - R20,000 (negotiable)Join our premier restaurant as a Senior Front House Floor Manager, where you'll be integral in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and fine dining etiquette while enhancing guest experiences.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow with strong organizational skills.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, maintaining exceptional communication and interpersonal relations.
- Coordinate special events and private dining experiences with attention to detail and planning skills.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and revenue tracking, while controlling expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in front-of-house operations.
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-7+ years of front-of-house management experience, including 2-3 years in a senior role at a high-end restaurant or luxury setting.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
