With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the worlds most pressing heath challenges.As a member of PATHs global HR team, the Global Benefits Analyst, will be responsible for driving forward our compensation and benefit strategies, global retirement and benefit plans, data analytics and metrics for plan change proposals and will support global wellbeing for PATH. This role will work with PATHs global HR teams to resolve issues and provide advice on best market practices for total rewards programs: plan, develop, oversee, and redesign company benefit plans with a focus on a positive employee experience, cost competitiveness and plan and operational effectiveness. This position will report to the Total Rewards Director.Responsibilities:Drives the planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, administrating and regulatory compliance of global benefits and retirement programsPartners with regional stakeholders (HR, Finance, and Procurement) to influence, initiate, and streamline benefits initiatives/programs across all regions, EMEA, APAC and AmericasStrategize communications on the changes in Total Rewards programsResponsible for global benefits analysis and reporting activities such as data modeling, navigating, and integrating various information sources and developing metrics for evaluating costs and competitiveness, identify trends, opportunities, and risksResponsible for benefits program compliance and filing of all necessary disclosuresProject manage complex implementation initiatives and administration of total rewards programsAssess current benefit programs, markets, cultural trends, legislative, tax and social changes that could impact benefit offerings and plan for phased change implementationPrepare summaries to present to the management team on plan performance and change recommendationsMonitor benefit programs to ensure alignment to internal policies and external legislationsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help develop, monitor and analyze the company's global benefits and fringe expense budgetLead the budget projection effort to ensure our programs are competitiveAssess operational procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency using tools such as Workday etcRequirements:Bachelors degree in business, human resources or related fieldA minimum of 5 years experience in total rewards/human resources, with a strong focus on benefitsWorking knowledge of global retirement and wellness plansFluency with (non-U.S.) country compliance requirementsWorking knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to design and administration of global benefitsFamiliarity with global benefit best practices in various geographic regionsPrevious experience managing leave of absence (Desirable)Previous NGO experience (Desirable)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; experience working in a cross-cultural environment with the ability to adjust communication accordinglyStrong project management skillsExperienced with benefits and compensation modules of HRIS systems (Workday)Experienced with data analysis toolsAbility to manage and work as part of a global team and being a team playerPATH is dedicated to building an inclusive workforce where diversity is valued.PATH is an equal opportunity employer.
