Job Summary Senior Grain Manager required for Agricultural Enterprise in Bloemfontein. Salary Negotiable. BDegree or Diploma in Agriculture. Min 5yrs Management experience. 10yrs experience in the grain industry (Trading as well as Silo services) Safex trading Certificate required. Strategic Management of the grain divisions. Management of Finances, Customer Service, Personnel and market share. Overall management of grain operations and marketing processes. Good understanding and knowledge of grain trading and operations of future markets. Analyse management statements / Margin Management and Budget management. Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English - Excellent negotiation skills. Computer Literate (MS Office) Analytical Accounting and Business insight.
