• Develop and design promotional packaging material
• Design promotional communication collateral
• Collaborate closely with the internal marketing & brand team and be able to design across various brand touchpoints from print, social media and digital
• Project management of artwork process from beginning to end
• Strong communication and management of the creative approval process
• A proactive mindset and ability to approach challenges with initiative and enthusiasm
• Maintain awareness of current market trends and industry standards to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Designing new or updating education material as and when required
• Ensuring all design aligns with the Master Brand Visual Identity.

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Graphic Design Degree/Diploma
• Packing Technology qualification - is advantageous
• 5-6 years Brand Design experience
• Understanding of key artwork processes
• Proficiency in the software appropriate to visual presentation and artwork (Adobe suite)
• Microsoft proficient
• Experience in working in a marketing environment - is advantageous
• A compelling portfolio of work, highlighting your design expertise and creativity
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent oral, visual and written communication skills
• Professionalism
