An intimate 5* lodge is looking for a SENIOR GUIDE to join their tight knit teamCandidate Requirements:

All relevant documentation as per standard applications (NQF4 Nature Site Guide, Trails qualifications will be an advantage, PDP, ARH, Valid First aid certificate)
Duties will include, but not be limited to: Two safari drives per day and additional activities as per guest reservations, hosting guests in the evenings on a rotational basis, escort guests to the rooms (as we are an unfenced camp), monthly stock takes, vehicle maintenance and assisting with lodge maintenance when needed, ensuring the upkeep and good condition of all stock issued (spotlights, hot boxes etc).
Opportunity to work up into Head Guide position
Great opportunity to further studies (additional time off provided as well as increases with every new qualification obtained)
Trails Qualifications a huge advantage
Incentives on walking safaris and other activities sold
Work cycle 21 days on and 9 days off (this includes annual leave)
Uniform provided
All meals during the 21 days on
Single accommodation with en-suite bathroom and shower
Gratuities as per company policy
Salary negotiable based on experience (R8 000 xe2x80x93 R15 000 neg.)
