Job Description
A dynamic JSE Listed organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ a Senior Human Resource Business Partner with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.Minimum Experience
- Matric
- B.Com Honours
- Valid Drivers License & Own vehicle
- Experienced in managing a headcount of 250 - 500
- Willing to travel within Gauteng region and South Africa
- MS Office(Advanced) and Payroll Knowledge
- Creating and overseeing the delivery of the people strategy
- Mentor, coach and develop employees
- Implement and execute HR goals and objective which support business priorities
- HR related local governance and compliance
- Drive and steer business interactions with Group HC and operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Proven organizational development skills
- Experience of working in a complex, dynamic and constantly changing environment with a high focus on collaboration
