Job Summary Minimum Experience

  • Matric
  • B.Com Honours
  • Valid Drivers License & Own vehicle
  • Experienced in managing a headcount of 250 - 500
  • Willing to travel within Gauteng region and South Africa
  • MS Office(Advanced) and Payroll Knowledge
  • Creating and overseeing the delivery of the people strategy
  • Mentor, coach and develop employees
  • Implement and execute HR goals and objective which support business priorities
  • HR related local governance and compliance
  • Drive and steer business interactions with Group HC and operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Proven organizational development skills
  • Experience of working in a complex, dynamic and constantly changing environment with a high focus on collaboration
