Transformation Management: Lead EE initiatives, develop the social investment agenda, and manage B-BBEE HR development reporting.
Talent Management: Oversee education and training development, manage ETD budgets, prepare Work Skills Plans, and head up the Graduate Skills Program.
Payroll Supervision: Approve payroll processes.
Recruitment & Selection: Manage advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Employment Relations: Handle disciplinary matters and CCMA cases.
Human Resources Information Systems: Ensure proper functioning of HR systems, including SAGE VIP Premier.
Employment Equity Compliance: Manage EE reports and wellness programs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and COIDA claims.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or diploma (SDF or facilitator's qualification advantageous)
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
Competency in Microsoft Office
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
Experience with Employment Equity trends and payroll systems
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
