Job Description
Senior Industrial Engineer vacancy in Durbanville, Cape Town. BTech or BEng. Minimum 7 years working experience. Automotive Design industry.Senior Industrial EngineerCape Town
The Industrial Engineer required, will form part of the engineering release process and will be responsible for industrial and process engineering-related functions.
Requirements:
- BTech or BEng (Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
- Understanding of time study and production line balancing
- Good to Advanced MS Office skills
- 3D Modelling Software Experience
- NX Unigraphics, Assault Composer and Siemens Team Centre would be an advantage
- He/she will work with the engineering team to review and approve sub-systems for each product line in terms of build feasibility.
- Set-up detailed production line process models detailing how and where sub-assemblies get installed on the production floor, as well as investigate issues found on the production line and the corrective action(s) thereof.
