Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor or Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Programming in SQL and Python (Preferred)
• Minimum of 3 Years relevant Industry Experience.

• Project Management:

• Analyse customer contracts and specifications to understand business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and customer expectations.

• Develop and implement business support plans to meet customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost savings.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Benchmark against industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Data Accuracy:

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the system.
• KPI Management:
