- Bachelors qualification in Industrial Engineering preferred, or
- Masterxe2x80x99s diploma / NQF level 8.
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 or more working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Planning, Cyclic Logistics.
- Proven track record of Successful Project Management.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Prior Automotive experience will be an advantage.
- Project Management.
- Process and System design and implementation.
- Continuously improvement of processes and systems
- Team Management.
- Workload management.
- Process and System failure root-cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with client.
