Job Summary Job Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric Certificate) or Equivalent. Industrial Relations or HR Qualifications. Minimum 5-10 years' IR experience. Must have a valid Driver's License with 3 years driving experience. : Extensive experience with the CCMA, Bargaining Council and Union matters. Conducting disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings. Good communication and employee relation skills. Ability to liaise at all levels to solve problems. Knowledge of Labor Laws (LRA, BCEA, SD6, OHS, COIDA, EEA, SDA, POPIA, UIF, PFA, NCA) Should be able to handle pressure and travel extensively for work. Provide HR & IR advice to line Management. Represent the company at CCMA, Bargaining Council in Arbitration and conciliation. Managing and Chairing Staff, Management, Union and Shop Steward meetings.
