We are seeking an experienced

Instructional Designer

for a

3-6 month contract

position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, learner-centric instructional materials and experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training manuals, assessments, and other educational content. Apply instructional design methodologies and best practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Create engaging and interactive learning activities to promote learner engagement and retention. Develop and structure course content to ensure it aligns with learning objectives and business goals. Review and revise instructional content based on feedback from stakeholders and learners. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in instructional design, e-learning tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (3+ years) as an instructional designer, with a focus on designing e-learning and blended learning solutions. Proficiency in instructional design software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong understanding of learning theories, design models, and adult learning principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
