Technical Knowledge & Experience:

A strong technical understanding and proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Creating 3D presentation visuals essential and experience with Enscape advantageous

Requirements:

You are fluent in English, prepared to travel and eligible to work in South Africa.
This is a fixed-term contract position

Essential Duties:

Ability to interact with professional client base.
Generate overall concepts, generate presentation strategies, detailing and specifications.
Ability to guide design process - program, budget and time constraints.
Ability to manage client interactions and decisions advantageous.
Advanced knowledge of finish materials and standards.
Ability to work effectively alone or within a collaborative team environment.
Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.
Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others.
