• Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, translating their needs into creative and practical design solutions.
• Utilize your advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit to develop detailed plans, 3D models, and comprehensive design presentations.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts and detailing with clarity and precision.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring all designs are feasible, functional, and meticulously detailed.
• Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client communication.
• Lead project teams, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Hold an undergraduate degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in interior design or interior architecture.
• Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to create and manage detailed design models.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively interface with clients and team members.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong design and technical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and quality.
• Experience in leading and managing project teams, with a focus on collaboration and achieving project goals.
• South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa.
