Job Summary Responsibilities:

• Perform IT General Control, Application Control, and IT Security reviews, along with business process analysis, audit scope definition, and program creation.
• Contribute to and suggest changes for the IT Audit Plan, execute audits within deadlines and budgets, compile working papers, perform tests, gather evidence, and communicate progress.
• Identify and analyze internal control deficiencies, communicate findings, and plan and report on special projects and investigations as assigned.
• Prepare IT audit reports for senior management, communicate results through written reports and presentations, and ensure audit quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor the IT Internal Audit Budget, highlight risk areas, ensure effective internal controls, and adapt to technological and business changes.
• Maintain relationships with management and other departments, ensuring audit independence and credibility, and drive innovation in audit practices.

Skills:

• CA or CIA qualification.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ITIL Manager, CobiT Foundation, CISSP, CISA, CISM, and MCITP.
• Integrated IT risk-based auditing practices, methodologies, frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, COSO, ISO17799/ISO27001), and global benchmarking tools and regulations.
• Proficient in selecting and applying auditing practices, tools, and techniques for operational and IT audits, with 4-5 years of on-site IT audit engagement experience.
• IT Internal Audit experience in a listed company, with a minimum of 5 years in External Audit and/or corporate IT Internal Audit, including 2-4 years in a senior role.
• Experience with SAP and ACL, database and operating system audits, IT general controls, application controls reviews, and Cyber Security audits.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Honours in IT/Information Systems or BCom Honours in IT/Information Systems.
