Your team



The IT Audit Team is part of the wider Internal Audit team and currently are based in London, Krakow and Johannesburg. Their remit is to provide assurance on the technology, Information Security, Cyber Security and Business Continuity control environment. The team provides assurance and advisory services.





Your role in the TeamaEUR(TM)s Success



Your primary responsibility will be to conduct Information Technology and Information Security Audits and evaluate large datasets either to provide insights or aid the delivery of the audits.


By identifying risks and supporting their resolution you will help maintain operational excellence and foster strong relationships across the technology department, including Infrastructure & Operations, Software Engineering, Information Security, Business Continuity and Vendor Management. Your role is integral to driving high standards in the audit team including audit efficiency, accuracy, and meeting regulatory requirements


What youaEUR(TM)ll do



Deliver Risk based and Regulatory Required Technology Audits Conduct Information Security and Cyber Security reviews Contribute to the strategic development of the Data Analytics Program Propose alternative and creative approaches to controls testing, leveraging technology Provide data analysis to support audit delivery Cultivate strong relationships with group-wide stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of analytics activities. Act as a primary point of contact for Data Analytics and Technical Queries for the team. Stay up to date with the latest regulatory, policy and procedural requirements, proactively identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates to management. Work closely with first line and second line technology and operational risk teams.

What youaEUR(TM)ll need for this role



Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, data science, Finance or related field. At least 3 years experience in Technology Assurance At least 2 years experience in data analytics, preferably within financial services Strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. A genuine interest in technical methods and solutions to make the audit process more efficient. Preferable SQL and Python coding skills Working experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
