Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure solutions, with a strong emphasis on Azure cloud services.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives and project requirements.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring preparedness for potential IT disruptions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) related to infrastructure services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive measures.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced Degree or Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Azure cloud services.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure integration.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
