Providing first-line IT technical support
Installing, configuring, and maintaining all IT equipment, including desktop computers, laptops, servers, mobile devices, tablets and other peripherals
Troubleshooting network problems and ensuring that all network equipment is functioning correctly
Ensuring that all boardroom equipment, including projectors, video conferencing equipment, and other AV technology is functional.
Maintaining an inventory of IT equipment and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Managing user accounts and access rights, resetting passwords, and ensuring that users have the appropriate level of access to the organizations systems and data.
Ensuring backups are created regularly according to company policy as well as testing all backups periodically
Conduct regular server maintenance to ensure the server environment is functioning optimally.
