Mission Brief:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent covert experience)
5+ years of experience in high-stakes Java development
Mastery of Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers
