Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to lead their innovative software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the success of critical projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications.
- Architect scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and software delivery.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Java development.
- Deep expertise in the Spring framework, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to lead complex software projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
