SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER GDM - SUB-SAHARA AFRICA (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
Achieve financial targets (Sales, Gross Profit, WC, Cash Flow) and non-financial strategic goals.
Develop and implement country-specific distributor strategies aligned with FHCS's overall objectives and KPIs.
Act as a corporate entrepreneur, driving initiatives that create value for both the assigned markets and the company as a whole.
Ensure compliance with Freudenberg and FHCS policies, practices, strategic goals, and reporting requirements.
Represent FHCS as a trusted ambassador, enhancing the company's reputation through collaboration with customers, communities, authorities, and employees while upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in an international, multicultural environment, with strong sales management expertise (FMCG experience is a plus)
University degree required
Demonstrated leadership qualities and commitment to personal development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and drive change
Willingness to travel within the region (up to 40%).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
