Senior Key Account Manager Needed for Established Property Rental Company based in Cape TownA property rental firm specializing in providing high-quality rental properties to clients in. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients.:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.Responsibilities:

• Manage key client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests
• Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or real estate sales
• Proven track record of success in key account management and business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
