Senior Legal Specialist: Property Law

Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Senior Legal Specialist with a focus on Property Law to join their team. As a Senior Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert legal support and guidance in property-related matters.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Review and draft legal documents related to property transactions, such as leases, contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on property law issues and provide recommendations to management.
- Negotiate and settle property disputes, including boundary disputes, easements, and zoning issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including real estate professionals, to provide legal guidance on property-related matters.
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to property law, including court appearances and arbitrations.
- Train and mentor junior legal staff on property law issues and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property law, with a focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of property law principles, including conveyancing, land use, and zoning regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salary: Negotiable
