To ensure proper maintenance of all aircraft registered in the Republic, to ensure the existence of structured, comprehensive, and effective systems with adequately qualified and competent resources to undertake certification/approval and conduct continuous oversight functions of design, manufacturing/production, maintenance organisation and aeronautical products.2.
