Identify and source profitable, large-scale, and new business opportunities for the company and develop and initiate a sales approach that results in closing new business opportunities to meet or exceed an individual target, in support of the overall new business target
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
Lead contract negotiations & high-value deal closure
Oversee client relationship management to ensure long-term business success
Analyse industry trends & market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives
Key Requirements:
10+ years of business development experience in the logistics industry
Proven track record of C-suite engagement & deal-making
Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation, and distribution
Experience in strategic planning & revenue growth
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to drive high-impact business initiatives and foster long-term partnerships
