Develop and implement policies promoting a positive work environment.
Collaborate with Human Capital teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Ensure consistent application of employee relations practices across the organization.
Manage the disciplinary process and represent the company at dispute tribunals.
Lead investigations into workplace complaints, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including bargaining councils.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, LLB, or Business Administration (Essential).
Minimum of 10 years in Industrial/Employee Relations.
Extensive knowledge of South African labor legislation.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid Driver's License.
