Your role will encompass:

  • Crafting and executing cohesive marketing plans alongside our prestigious bottling partners, blending these efforts seamlessly with local commercial strategies.
  • Influencing regional brand strategies, ensuring the effective deployment of marketing resources, and unlocking local innovation.
  • Spearheading market-specific innovation projects, tailoring campaigns to resonate deeply within our communities.
  • Championing brand activations, from experiential marketing to consumer promotions, ensuring Coca-Cola remains close to the hearts of our consumers.
  • Guiding our presence in crucial business system reviews, enhancing our operational excellence across the region.
  • Navigating media landscapes in collaboration with our dedicated teams to maximize our brand's visibility and impact.
Who You Are:A visionary marketer with:
  • 8+ years of rich marketing and leadership experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Expertise in transforming marketing strategies into unforgettable brand experiences.
  • Keen business acumen and a proven track record of managing marketing budgets effectively.
  • The ability to thrive in a diverse, cross-functional team environment, with experience in fostering robust relationships both internally and externally.
  • Prior experience in Mozambique and Botswana markets is an added advantage
  • The role can either be based in Kenya or South Africa
