Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading construction company in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) to find a highly experienced Senior Manager - IBMS/SHEQ. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) and Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) functions.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IBMS/SHEQ strategies, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Implement and maintain IBMS systems and protocols
• Train and educate employees on safety procedures and protocols
• Conduct safety audits and inspections
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with their requirements
• Monitor and report on IBMS/SHEQ performance and metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in IBMS/SHEQ, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations
• Experience in implementing and maintaining IBMS systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional certifications in IBMS/SHEQ are highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
