We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, managing IT operations, ensuring data security, and supporting the technology needs of the organization. The Senior IT Manager will play a crucial role in strategic planning, project management, and implementing innovative technology solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their technology needs.
IT Operations & Infrastructure:
Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.
Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and practices.
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise software applications.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Project management expertise and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
The interview process consists of 2 phases:
- Introductory Interview
- Final Interview and possible placement

The position is offered with a 3 month probation period from the start date of employment specified (should the candidate successfully be recruited by our Company).
