Our client, a prominent player within the banking industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager within Product Control. This pivotal role is based in Johannesburg North and is ideal for a Registered Chartered Accountant with at least five years of post-article experience. The successful candidate will bring a robust understanding of statutory reporting, controls, analysis, and ratios, ideally with a background in the banking sector. - Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and enhance product control processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product profitability and risk management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive control framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 5 years post article experience within the banking industry.
