Minimum Education:

Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

5-7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in product design, product maintenance, or a related field.
3-5 years experience in a management role.

Critical Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of banking operations and regulations.
Deep understanding of banking technologies and software development methodologies.
Strategic thinking and ability to articulate client requirements.
Strong product knowledge and data architecture.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Understanding of relevant banking legislation and regulations.
Advanced analytical skills and ability to stay agile and adaptable in a rapidly changing banking landscape.
