Provide Internal integration for the team, supporting the Managing Executive and Senior Management with their tracking, monitoring & evaluation of initiatives against KPI's and overall strategic plan.Evaluation of an end-to-end value delivery to clients to identify opportunities, root causes of performance issues; identify and implement solutions; and assist in delivery of key technology projects from commencement to completion within the scope; budget and timelines within the Consumer Segment portfolio.To plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of initiatives to ensure that project goals are accomplished.Job Responsibilities

  • Integrate plans and initiatives across the business to aid business tracking against overall strategy.
  • Collate, interpret, synthesize, and present complex information across different stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess performance by creating initiative dashboards that include business case tracking and linking initiatives to strategic goals.
  • Identify product and market opportunities in collaboration with other areas.
  • Ongoing evaluation of an end-to-end value delivery to clients; identification of root causes of performance issues; identifying solutions; and writing requirements into the backlog of the relevant delivery digital squads as required.
  • Reporting and technology project delivery.
  • Link capability roadmaps across initiatives and broader strategic plan.
  • Manage broader roadmaps and coordinate across internal and external business units.
  • Produce/Consolidate targeted reports/presentations in order to inform senior management decision-making.
  • Identify various stakeholder requirements and collaborate across divisions in order to achieve common purpose.
  • Create, maintain, and coordinate the team effectiveness and disciplines through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the delivery of key strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners and understand internal and/or external client needs and requirements.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with strategic priorities.
  • Participate in the development and support implementation of action plans to address issues raised in culture surveys to improve results.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
  • Professional Qualifications/Honour's Degree
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Preferred Qualification
  • Professional Qualification or Degree in Finance or Information Technology
Minimum Experience Level
  • 5 years' experience in an Analytical, Strategic, Business Management, Banking and Strategic Reporting environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
