Job Description
Senior Medical Sales Rep vacancy available within Western Cape.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Essential to have 3 or more year experience within Orthopaedic/Trauma
- Proven relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons is critical
- Sound knowledge of anatomy is vital
- Own vehicle with valid driverxe2x80x99s licence
- Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- BS/BA degree in related medical field
- Clear English communication is key
- Strong admin and reporting skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Must consist of excellent computer literacy skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Grow and manage current business
- Identify target surgeons
- Assist in theatre as and when required by Healthcare Professionals
- Identifies the needs of new prospects and develop the appropriate responses to queries
- Performs field calls for the account and assigned territory
- Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies
- Consistently supports compliance and the principles of responsibility (SAMED)
- Participates and attends sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required
- Medical aid allowance
- R4500 petrol card, cellphone allowance
- Retirement annuity, 7.5% of basic salary commences after 6 months of employment
- Salary is negotiable
