The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.Every day you will

  • Develop maintain and continually improve work practices and procedures
  • Manage and optimise endpoint management solutions, including Intune and Autopilot
  • Test, plan and supervise the deployment of new vendor patches, operating system, and software releases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to modern workplace environments

To thrive in this role, you must...
  • Have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Autopilot
  • MS 365 Office suite Support/Troubleshooting
  • ServiceNow or similar ITSM Ticketing System
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing modern workplace solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
