About the Role As the Senior Network Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily health and performance of our active network systems. You will manage and monitor network reliability, resolve complex issues, and lead fault and incident management efforts to maintain operational excellence. Your role is crucial to ensuring our customers experience flawless connectivity and that our networks run efficiently 24/7.Key Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IP, DWDM, and ISP network domains. Ability to troubleshoot complex network problems.
• Network Operations: At least 4-5 years of experience in a network/telecommunications environment, focusing on operations, incident resolution, and vendor management.
• Leadership & Problem Solving: Proven track record of managing teams, engaging with stakeholders, and quickly resolving network-related issues.
• Reporting & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance, create detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve network operations.

What Youll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day network operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
• Manage high-level network support, troubleshooting, and fault resolution to meet SLA requirements.
• Provide real-time performance monitoring and reporting on network health, working closely with NOC and internal teams.
• Engage with vendors and teams to resolve incidents and ensure the seamless implementation of network changes.
• Manage incident escalations and provide thorough incident reports and documentation.
• Drive continuous process improvements in network operations to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead capacity management efforts to ensure the network scales with demand.
• Collaborate across departments, serving as a point of contact for network-related issues.
