Key responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operational activities across the business.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
Work closely with cross functional teams (sales, customer service, technical) to align operations with business goals.
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Build and implement business continuity plans across all business units.
Help drive accurate and transparent business reporting.
Drive continuous improvement across all areas of operations.

Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
