The ideal candidate will have expertise in Laravel, PHP, and modern web technologies, along with strong problem-solving skills and excellent English communication to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Design, optimize, and manage complex database structures and queries.
• Implement queues, job scheduling, and caching for performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Perform rigorous testing and regression analysis for system stability.

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, database management, and system architecture.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex database queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with queues, job processing, and caching mechanisms (Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to lead projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
