My client, a well established property management specialist based in Blackheath, is looking for an Senior Portfolio Manager to join their team.The duties include pro-active property management, admin of property requirements, customer care and service, credit control and database management, handling insurance claims and payouts as well as preparation of Body Corporate budgets. Attend complex AGMs and SGM meetings as well as Trustee meetings, etc.The client specialses in Sectional Title management, and this Senior Portfolio Manager must have the relevant solid Sectional title management experience and experience in the Sectional Title Schemes management Act and the applicable rules to is (not just knowing about it, actual management of a Body Corporate / HOA done previously). This is essential for application for this position.The ideal candidate for this job must have previous experience (minimum 10 years) in property and portfolio management. They must have a sound knowledge of the STSM act as well as the CSOS Act. They must have experience in compiling residential or commercial body corp budgets as well as preparing and issuing minutes of meetings attended. This candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate on all levels. Own car is essential - not negotiable. Some evenings are required to attend meetings. Basic accounting skills essential. Sound knowledge of Body Corporate Budgets.
