Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Professional to join our Data Team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable Power Platform solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to meet business requirements.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Power Platform applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Power Platform solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues and optimizing usage.

Provision of training and support to end-users and stakeholders.- Experience providing training and support to end-users, with a focus on user adoption and empowerment.Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Must be able to travel to client environments across Gauteng
