Senior Product Manager

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:
6+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech and payments.
Proven experience across start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in business process modeling (BPMN) and process engineering.
Proven track record in both B2C and B2B environments.
Strong background in payment orchestration, issuing and acquiring, technology, and statistical
modeling. Hands-on experience with data pipelines, data mapping, and leveraging insights for decision making.
Deep understanding of payments (VAS) ecosystems, card issuing, and commercial negotiations.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development.
Knowledge of asset management and mobile device management (MDM) software.
Experience with growth hacking strategies to improve user acquisition and retention.
Expertise in product marketing and positioning, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative
environment.
