• Develop Product Strategy: Create and champion a roadmap for Nexfords platforms that aligns with strategic objectives and delivers exceptional value to learners and internal teams.
• Lead Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development and optimization, ensuring products meet user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Learner Success, Academic Operations, Technology, and Marketing to ensure seamless product delivery and successful market introduction.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in education or technology.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
