Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Product Owner

with

FinTech experience

to help shape and drive the development of our clients digital financial products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, manage the backlog, and ensure the seamless execution of our roadmap. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of

financial services, payments, banking technologies

and experience working in

Agile environments

.

What you will do:

Collaborate with the

Product Manager and stakeholders

to align product development with business goals. Translate complex

FinTech requirements (payments, transactions, compliance, security)

into

clear, actionable user stories

. Stay informed about

regulatory changes, market trends, and financial technology advancements

. Own, refine, and prioritize the

product backlog

to maximize value. Define and document

clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements

. Work with

engineering, compliance, and security teams

to ensure smooth development. Support the

Scrum Master

in planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Act as the

bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

. Ensure compliance with

financial regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, GDPR)

. Provide

regular updates to leadership, investors, and key partners

. Analyze

user behavior, transaction data, and financial KPIs

to inform backlog prioritization. Leverage

analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI)

to track feature performance. Work with UX/UI teams to enhance the

customer journey in financial applications

. Ensure the product meets

industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory compliance

. Identify potential

risks in payment flows, fraud detection, and financial transactions

. Collaborate with

compliance, legal, and risk teams

to implement necessary safeguards.

What you need to have:

4+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in FinTech. Agile & Scrum Knowledge: Strong experience with Agile development and backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps). Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM, or Agile certifications
FinTech Expertise: Understanding of payment processing, digital banking, lending, crypto, or financial APIs. Technical Understanding: Knowledge of APIs, cloud-based platforms, and financial infrastructure. Backlog & Roadmap Management: Ability to define, prioritize, and manage feature releases. Data-Driven Approach: Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and KPI tracking for financial products. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with financial security and compliance standards. * Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with developers, compliance teams, and executives.
