To provide a strategic, professional and specialist service to the Unit Head's Office and functions. Key Responsibility Areas
Support the strategic direction of the unit through participating in forums, developing standards of operations and identifying risks.
Undertakes the coordination of project financial planning, including the procurement and expenditure control.
Manages the development, implementation, monitoring and review of mentorship and capacity building programs in the Unit.
Coordinates the city-wide facilitation of strategic projects from a built environment perspective.
Coordinates administrative and performance reporting requirements associated with key performance result indicators.

Essential Requirements
Masters Degree (NQF Level 9) in Town and Regional Planning or any other related and equivalent.
Registered with the South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN) as a Professional Planner.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
6 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
