Job Title: Senior Project ControllerLocation:Botswana, JwanengJob Type:36 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry:MiningJob Duties:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project data
- Analyse project data and present reports to senior management
- Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery
- Implement project control tools and techniques to optimise project performance
- Proven experience as a Project Controller or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control within the mining industry
- Advanced knowledge of project management principles and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Masters degree in Project Management or related field
