Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects with a specific emphasis on transformers.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering projects with a focus on transformers.
Proven track record in successfully managing medium- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of transformer design, installation, and maintenance.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in electrical engineering projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
