Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects with a specific emphasis on transformers.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering projects with a focus on transformers.
• Proven track record in successfully managing medium- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of transformer design, installation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in electrical engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
