Senior Project Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects with a specific emphasis on transformers.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering projects with a focus on transformers.
- Proven track record in successfully managing medium- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of transformer design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in electrical engineering projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
